Which is fitting, because I said it unironically. XDUnironically liking this. The world needs more Gobots stories.
I feel like you could have an interesting lead-in to Gobots via Headmasters and the Transtector concept, where at some point the organic body is lost/given up and what's left is permanently integrated with their transtector physically.
Man, POTP Predaking is a mess but I just love what they were going for. The combined mode looks so much bigger than it should be relative to the size of the components.
Y'know, I did always wonder why they even bothered with Return of Optimus Prime over there if they were just going to kill him again right off the bat.Even Japan favored Rodimus Prime and Galvatron over Optimus Prime:
The two-parter already existed, and served as a proper finale for the 2010 series, so they didn't have to go to the trouble of creating a new finale of their own.Y'know, I did always wonder why they even bothered with Return of Optimus Prime over there if they were just going to kill him again right off the bat.
I dunno, I feel like Burden Hardest To Bear could have worked. I mean, wasn't that the original plan before Hasbro found out people actually like these characters, and rushed to bring back Optimus Prime post-haste?The two-parter already existed, and served as a proper finale for the 2010 series, so they didn't have to go to the trouble of creating a new finale of their own.
G1 needs a Transformers toy line with compatibility:
Omega Supreme would be a good start with compatible 3-inch G1 Tranformer figures:
