And yet the Human Alliance versions became incredibly sought after.
They were hard to find. Rarity tends to beget coveting. And yet the Human Alliance versions became incredibly sought after.

The ONLY reason Human Alliance didn’t join the pile was because Mudflap got caught in the back end and transition to the gold box Transformers interstitial line.Skids's ROTF toys sold fine but both Mudflap and Tuner Mudflap were notorious pegwarmers.
I did get HA Skids, never found Mudflap. Skids was actually a really good toy. The head was hideous, so I always planned to replace it with a different one, bit never did get around to it.
I maintain, to this day, that the name “Mudflap” is a cursed name, between the Cybertron version and the film version.
An epic one, even.Shelfwarmer or no, I personally think the Cybertron toy was a solid figure.
I want to say it was also included in the big golden Battle Ops redeco that was Costco exclusive, but eventually found its way to the usual closeout retailers later.I think I got this one...

I don't remember how or why, but I think it might have been a combination of being cheap and liking MightyGodKing's portrayal of them at the time.
(I'm not sure if that comic holds up, though...)
Pretty sure mine was solo.I want to say it was also included in the big golden Battle Ops redeco that was Costco exclusive, but eventually found its way to the usual closeout retailers later.

This is where I'm at. I really really hope the single-pack one is the Earthrise mold and not an alternate color scheme on this one, or the Siege one.$200 USD for a four pack of a mould I don't even like is a no-go for me. Decos are nice and I'd have been screwed if this was the ER mould, but SS '86? Pass.
