Preorders for the Matrix are up, already sold out on Pulse. I ended up putting in an order on BBTS. At first, I had told myself that I didn't need it. But then I saw all the bits/bobs/features/The Touch, etc. I'm a weak man.

That's a pretty cool looking Optimus. These designs have a very "Transformers / G.I. Joe" feel to them even though they don't turn into specifically G.I. Joe vehicles.

The picture of the cord coming out of the Matrix really just strikes me as a funny image. Like, it makes me imagine Optimus coming into Autobot HQ and finding Hot Rod using it to charge his phone.

They've also custom engineered the Matrix with a special sensor/locking system so that it won't open if you're Ultra Magnus.
