I doubt it. They'd have to scale back on both CGI and VA talent. If anything I see this leading to a series of feature films.

In Marvel G1 he's just some guy giving Optimus the Matrix in a flashback. In Sunbow G1 he defeats Trannis but then later gets killed by Megs and passes the Matrix to Alpha Trion before he dies. Neither G1 take gives much info. In DW he's described as a good peacetime leader who was unsuited...

My take is that all of the Thirteen will either be new moulds or very extensive remoulds. I don't think they're gonna paint Armada Megs black, give him a flame deco, and call it a day. The one exception is probably Vector, who I can see being a package refresh of Legacy United Vector Prime...
