I don't know if they "sold" the arm thing specifically, but Skybound's run as a whole has just been really well written, so it works in context of the story being told.

I am amused by the idea of Hasbro trying to sell a character named "Sky Garry" on his own. Like sure, as part of a massive three pack it could be "STAR OPTIMUS PRIME AND THE ASTRO AUTOBOT STRIKE FORCE" or something but just selling a robot named "Garry" on his own is funny to me.

Given how overworked CGI firms are in Hollywood... it may not have been done.

If someone at Hasbro pitched 17 September because it's the anniversary of the G1 show then someone at Paramount should have known better and said "no."

I'm one of the people who was perfectly fine with Commander class Rodimus because I felt the budget packed into a smaller figure. So I'd be down for what a Titan budget could get us at a traditional Commander or even Leader size.

Yeah, I'm happy with him. He's big but it feels right for the character. I do get the critique that he should have scaled to Star Sabre rather than Victory Sabre, but I also can't blame Hasbro for wanting to promote the powered up form of Star Sabre.
