I’m shocked he’s only worth $50!
I thought Cybertron toys were worth a fortune now. Isn’t Leobreaker like $400 LOOSE?
Just sold him too for $33. But Cybertron Defense Team went for $200. Maybe I just got the wrong buyers on some.

I had heard some scuttlebutt that the leak had never been meant to indicate that there were going to be two different Sunstorms available.
I'm confused, what would the difference be between this Sunstorm and DreamWave?
This is already halfway between Dreamwave Sunstorm and the original colors.
He has the orange thighs, not white like the cartoon generic and the original toy's box art. (The toy itself, being the G1 seeker mold, had nonexistent thighs.)
The only way to make him more Dreamwave without retooling would be to make his vents also orange (veering too close to "too much of the same color, like the Rainmakers") and both shades of orange just a little darker.
(Okay, they could also mimic the lighting of specific panels where his own aura made it impossible to tell what his actual colors are, but that would look terrible.)

Honestly, I think that's all it takes to make me go ahead and get the 4 pack. While I didn't NEED the Rainmakers again but in earth mode, I do actually like these decos a lot and the fact that they are a different alt-mode from what I already have is actually a point in their favor. Knowing that this is the one way to get Sunstorm in the foreseeable future and the fact that the 4 pack is slightly cheaper than buying 4 Voyagers by themselves, I think, has swung me over the fence.
I just wanted the Earthrise mold, no clear anything. Although some fireblast effects would have been a nice touch.

Yeah, I like Sunstorm as the first post-beast era new G1 character that got a significant spotlight, but this not this much sadly. Part of me wants to grab it due to the MTO nature of it, just to make sure there's one more in the world, but it wouldn't hurt for me to start cutting back on spending.

That's been a big problem for me as well, I wasn't even sure I'd be able to swing Bruticus, and honestly, I'm still not sure it was a smart move money-wise just due to recent events. My main goal has shifted to getting my car fully paid off, so in case of job or money issues, that's one less big repeating thing that won't be taking a bite on top of the insurance boosts. Plus, I have to put all this stuff SOMEWHERE...
I think we are going to get a lot of characters we already have “definitive” versions of again. Wheeljack. Hound. Datson Bros. I’d love a single release Mirage instead of him always being in a set.
I really don’t see why they couldn’t be released separately if the plan is to be made to order anyway.
