With New Funky Mode!& Knuckles
The Funky Mode is basically just him putting his head between his legs and calling it a Cybertronian mode, but man, is it funky!

I hate that I am, but I'm considering getting the Seeker pack. I don't really want the rainmakers in this mold, but I do want Sunstorm. And if he's not going to be available otherwise for the forseeable future... 🫤
So, does anyone know how Hasbro handles MTO? Do you have to pay when you order? At the end of the ordering period? At the cancellation date? Some other time?

Hasbro is doing Made to Order so people don't get stiffed on pre-orders selling out.
They plan to use this mold a lot more for all the great Characters available.
Redwing and Coneheads were mentioned characters in the works for a later date.
No plans to release any of these characters as single releases in the SS86 mold before 2029.
Dreamwave Sunstorm is not planned (never was) but always possible for 2029 and beyond.
Hasbro plans to release in other countries as some point.
Generation 1 is joining the Studio Series, but won't take over the line.

I'm going to remark on it every time because I never want to let myself take it for granted. I'm so glad we've gone from "We can't talk about possible plans" to "No that character isn't currently planned, but we'll think about it. Here are some other characters that are in the works though."
If done like HasLab, it'd charge once the ordering period was over. That said, HasLab has a minimum, so maybe they'll charge immediately?
As said, I won't be participating in this round, but I look forward to getting details. I'm hoping that this will be successful enough that Hasbro will do more.
Think of MTO (Made to Order) more as “extended preorders” without a guarantee of leftover stocking at retailers. Hasbro’s not going to charge until they start shipping, and delivery is farther out than with typical mass availability pre-orders.I hate that I am, but I'm considering getting the Seeker pack. I think the ML X-Men '97 Sentinels were MTO too. Also X-Men '97 Apocalypse.I think they've also done a ML Mephisto as Made To Order too.
That's the thing. I don't have many of the SS '86 redoes. I was going to pass on SS '86 Prime entirely, as I'm quite happy with ER. My sister got me him for Chanukkah though, and when I got a chance I stuck him on the shelf... and he just didn't mesh with most of my collection. He now hangs out at my work desk. The kids get a kick out of him.I didn’t like the SS86 mold at first. We had just gotten Seige, then Earthrise, now this? Seemed like a lot. But the more I see it, the better it looks. And when you get them all on the shelf with the other 86 figures, they look even better. I’ve got Skywarp. Waiting to see if I can get my hands on Starscream before I go back and pick up Thundercracker.
Wait until it comes out in Japan...They really ripped UK/EU customers off with this box, even by Hasbro standards.
