see this is exactly what i'm talking about when i say the GOP is dumber than a sack of hammers and how at this point we're overestimating their intelligence.

like, yeah, we underestimated them in 2016, and that was a colossal mistake, but we're overcompensating in the other direction by treating them like they're machiavellian geniuses when they're just a bunch of idiotic bullies who will crumble if we fight back strong enough.
