The last two (only five videos can embed per post):
I gotta say, you are the first person I've seen to only consider the first five series of the show to be the Classic Era.Hot take: This is my least favorite season of the five Classic Era seasons.
I was told that the different eras were broken down like so:I gotta say, you are the first person I've seen to only consider the first five series of the show to be the Classic Era.
Really I think there's just multiple ways to divide up the eras (or at the very least divide the model era, never seen any real discussions about the CGI era and how it's divided up) lol.I was told that the different eras were broken down like so:
Model Series: 1-12
Classic Era: 1-5
Gullane Era: 6-7 + Jack & the Pack
HiT Model Era: 8-12
Miller Era: 13-16
Brenner Era: 17-21
BWBA Era: 22-24
I've even seen it said that the Classic Era can be broken down even further:
Clearwater Era: 1-2
Britt Allcroft Company Era or "Golden Years" Era: 3-5
And now we've got a UK dub version narrated in the style of the late Michael Angelis:It's here at last! Project: Tiger Moth is here!
It's like a direct sequel to "Oliver's Find", since Toby's old line was first rediscovered in that episode, but set before episodes like "Baa!", "Toby and the Flood", and "Toby's Discovery", which featured his line back in working order.
My one critique about this production is that the faraway shots made the engines look like model props on a set instead of real machines in real places like in the show. It may have been the camera angle being too high or too far away or something. But other than that minor nitpick, this was brilliant. Everything looked so good in all the low-level and close-up shots.
We have another one!Meanwhile the official Japanese Thomas & Friends YouTube channel has been doing possibly the funniest Thomas-related content I've seen:
Beware of the subtitle **** up at 1:39 in the second episode (yes, for some reason these are subtitled too because why not?).
