The Good:
- Seeing so many of the13 Prime Artifacts actually get used in a Cartoon
-Twitches general plotline and development was strong and had a nice conclusion
-Mirage was pretty cool even if he was based more on Rise of the Beasts then the G1 version.
- I like that it ended on an open note of the world continuing and everyone setting off on new missions.

The Not So Good
-I don't, as a rule, mind Human kids in TF. They're fine. But boy Robbie spent a lot of time being terrible at the end of this show. First he's a weird jerk because he's in love, then a winey emo jerk cause his girlfriend was a Quintesson, Then in these he gets a swelled-head because they beat the Quints, Then is a jerk because he's lost his cyber sleeve. I know kids in shows like this need to learn lessons but he spent an awful lot of time being an a$$ and making bad choices. I mean Thrash kind did too for a little while in these episodes but not nearly as long or as often.
-Zero sign of Terratronus who was a BIG bot to suddenly be mia. I can be fine assuming Cosmos Grimlock and Arcee are just elsewhere but the gigantic city-sized Terran that was last seen standing towering over the city kinda deserves a mention.
-Yeah, Hot Rod's voice is really off putting and his personality is weird. Feels like a different bot would have made more sense for that role. My guess is they felt they had to change him to differentiate him from the modern Mirage who basically has G1 Hot Rod's personality and voice, so...

-ZacWilliam, These weren't close to Season 1 good, I don't think they were even Season 3 final episode good. There were ok parts. I still like the characters (when Robbie, and to a lesser extent thrash aren't being terrible). I don't mind the fate of Megs at all because they immediately set about fixing it as the "next adventure"

That was too funny.
Not in a "haha that's amusing" sort of way, but in a "wow they really took their chance at telling a finale to their story and careened it off a cliff" funny sort of way.

I'm gonna wait until more people have seen these two specials before I share my thoughts, as I don't feel like hiding everything behind spoiler tags. I'd rather just wait so I can also take time to gather my thoughts together.

Don't forget he was a little jive at the series' very start.

We watched the first one, but honestly, I was a little disappointed in it. Like the whole stupid parents thing, clearly not seeing that these older kids were terrorizing their son, was annoying.

Loved seeing this Megatron again.

Well, that's truly unexpected.

This is in spite of the fact that the two "Season 4" specials were billed as the conclusion of EarthSpark.

Surprising if true. Hopefully this will help with the folks who didn't care where Season 4 ended. I understand why, but I do feel people pay too much attention to the final event and not enough to the dialog.
Yes, Megatron has been reverted to his earlier self, but nobody treats the situation as "Oh no, evil Megatron is back" Instead they very clearly treat it as their friend being in trouble and needing help. I feel like a lot of people saw it as "They have to stop Megatron" when the implication is pretty clear that they're going to try and save him. It's understandable that one would have that opinion given Season 2/3's refocus onto a retread of the bots/cons fighting on Earth dynamic.

Now if this special comes out and they end it with Megatron being unrecoverable, then yeah, that would suck and would absolutely be a piss-poor way to end the series.

"Just when we thought the woke went broke"... Bullshit like this is why I'm staying on this island in a sea of stupid fandom forever. What the actual hell.
It doesn't even make sense for anything after Season 1, since a lot of the really introspective character exploration that was very prominent and poignant in Season 1 was significantly diminished post-Season 1.

im not someone who posts in this thread (and really i only checked to see what was going on cuz i thought earthspark ended) but y'all should know that tformers source is just this random ass website called 'paramount.originals.watch' (so a site not even affiliated with paramount lmao) and i can find literally no actual press release or announcement from paramount about another episode of earthspark outside of tformer's post and that paramount.originals.watch post they use as a source

so uhh

yeah lmao this is just about guaranteed to be bunk

like seriously this is tformers 'source' for this news

It's one of several reasons why I don't directly link to websites like that (and why I left them) and why I usually upload copies of images and/or cite original source links instead. It also gives more clicks to the Allspark instead.

The original source is here:

Sorry, I’m at work, and IT updated the firewalls. The biggest change has been they’ve been able to, effectively, “neuter Google”. And because Google has its greasy fingers all over, it has resulted in a slower browser response and, like, half the internet not working. Like the ads on this website! Though, I suppose I could have always used Bing…

I still believe in “attributing sources”, even if the sources are seemingly wrong or bull like this seems to be.
