I completely forgot that both the Perceptor set and the Devastation pack are SS, not AotP. They're all Generations, and they're largely interchangeable for G1 figures, so I just don't really mentally distingush them most of the time. 🫤

Ratbat is a slight remold, I think.
It's a redeco of the Siege mold, but also includes a new accessory that gives him his weapons/thrusters on his back.
Especially as exclusives, which are a special category anyway. "Only this store carries it" is IMO significantly more important to know/remember than "which very similar trade dress to look for."
Haven't had a chance to open it up yet, but Excellion did indeed arrive today. And I just got a notice that he's also about to ship from Pulse. Guess that shows how much I trusted Walmart to actually fulfill my order... Guess I need to go cancel that one and check if I also got a Sideways order in there. I think I missed Pulse and that's why I bothered to order from Walmart in the first place.

That's good to hear. With the rumors of Walmart having possibly canceled the Cybertron capsule line, it's good to know that at least one of those figures did make it to full US release.
Got to open Excellion up. His feet are a little floppy and there's a bit of red paint on his windshield I'll try to remove once I pick up some more rubbing alcohol, but otherwise he's good. Went ahead and canceled my Pulse order for him.

I thought nova wasn't due till october? Or do canadian street dates just suck?
He's listed as in stock on BBTS.

He was originally scheduled to ship October 1st. I guess he came in a couple months early.
It feels like everything has been coming in early to the point where I don't think you can take release dates as release dates anymore; they're release suggestions.

I can't believe I actually miss the tan, and that blue could be a good deal darker. But I hope these Mini-Cons get redecoed a billion times, starting with the Vorpal Saber deco and the Exdimensions deco.
