At least -- as far as we know -- Feige isn't as horrendous as McMahon.
Indeed. Though McMahon being that awful is probably the only reason he was eventually forced out.
From a purely creative perspective, though, Vince was shot. And I think Feige might be too. The only real hits Marvel has had since Endgame have been movies that banked heavily on nostalgia for older movies that weren't even MCU films originally. With that in mind it's no secret why so much of the latest Avengers movie cast list was Fox X-Men alumni. Going back to the wrestling analogy, it's like that same 2019-2022 period where the only reliably over acts were the old part timers on nostalgia runs.
Vince McMahon's sins far exceeded booking bad pro wrestling, but creatively speaking that was very much an issue keeping people away. I don't know if Kevin Feige is fairing any better on that front.
He clearly had the Midas touch once, but it seems like his style and creative instincts just aren't connecting like they used to. And like every creator at that point, going to bank on nostalgia for what came before as his saving grace.
