I saw the video and....god, ICE probably DOES have some leg to stand on. She DID drive towards an ICE officer, though there is a LOT of nuance as to whether said woman felt threatened by the ICE agents around her, whether there was a full on intent to strike an officer (I don't think so) and if the agents' response were really justified in this level of force (Maaybe?).
It's going to be a messy case.
I saw the video. She was clearly trying to leave, when one of the ICE thugs reached into her window while another pulled his gun and walked in front of her car. She was steering away, with more than enough room to get by the gunman. Then he shot her three times.

Not watching the video on that. My mental state is already a bit frayed right now, but ICE needs to go. It was caught on camera this time. Kinda wonder how many times it's happened without footage of it happening being released. When Trump finally falls we need to strip qualified immunity from these thugs and treat them like the violent gang members they actually are.
And now the victim's son is at risk of being taken away from his other mother by his homophobic grandfather, I guess?
