Check your restaurants. Wave 2 is out!

Thank you much! That's a better match than I could have hoped for.

Same here. I did preorder Nexus because I do like him as his own thing. I don't have any intention of buying the new Superion, so the combining aspect of it won't mean anything to me. But yes, Powerglide's mask is absolutely the bee's knees and is exactly the sort of goofy, deep cut reference...

I think the difference was that the Armorizers can work with pretty much any other toy (whether or not Joe/Jane Parent would know that and not assume that it only works with whomever is shown on the packaging is up for debate, but that's the idea anyway).

If you can't combine with the one you love, combine with the one you're with.

They've always been a bit hesitant to put gimmicks on the box that show too much interaction with a specific other figure. The thinking being that a parent might not want to buy this NEW figure if they don't already have the OLD figure at home. Interestingly, this listing makes it sound like...

Technically, he's built of billions of individual cells. I'll allow it.

One day you roundheads will pay for what you've done to my people.

Either that or built out of little guys like Robolink:

While that probably would have made for a better Nexus, I personally wouldn't be willing to sacrifice a big-boy Liege Maximo for it. But I have to admit that I have no idea what the ratio of Liege Maximo to Nexus fans is in the world, so I don't know whether or not I'm on the right side of...

Beast Awkward Social Faux-Pas

A quick picture request, if anyone has a Galaxy TF: One Sentinel Prime, could you get a photo of his head compared to the head of the Earthrise Trailbreaker mold? Ideally the blue Diaclone version, but any would do

My love of Animated always meant that I was going to buy that Ratchet. I was definitely on the fence about the concept of Powerglide since I have the CW one, but the fact that he comes with the mask has made me powerless against his charms. Swerve is offputting in both modes.

Yeah, depends on the situation. My first trip where I got not-Changeables toys, I had just run through the drive through on lunch and didn't want to mess with it. When I went inside on a later day and bought the toys only, I did it when the restaurant was slow (around 3:30 or 4), so the guy...

Went ahead and made a Trading Post thread: Here

There did seem to be some interest in it, so I'm setting up a place to trade. Everyone is free to wheel and deal however they like, but here's what I'm thinking for the basic functionality of the thread. Everyone lists what they have extras of and what they are looking for. Trading would be...

To be fair, the five dudes were in a metaphorical trenchcoat. That still counts as one if my movie-ticket-buying history is any indication.

I was thinking about making a "Trading Post" thread in the Buy/Sell/Trade forum. Basically a way for folks to trade their doubles. I'm thinking everyone would have lists of what they have available and what they are looking for, all trades are straight-up with the everyone paying their...

As someone that hasn't ever cared too much about the 13 Primes as a concept, but has been enjoying most of the toys, I'm also a bit disappointed by Nexus here. I really don't care much about the characters past, but I had been looking forward to some sort of small, self-contained combiner...

I've heard that it's pretty much up to the manager's discretion if they will or not.
