All this drama about Kiss Players is so weird. Like yes, we know what it is. It's been 20 years. We don't have to clutch our pearls EVERY time it comes up. Especially when using the three cassettes that were their own 3-pack, and just acknowledging the roots with the initialism and leaving it...

It says Trans right there? I'm gonna need a Mayuko Iwasa Binaltech homage out of SS86 Jazz (opaque windows please) to go with this. With even more cassettes. But first I need this.

Same reason they took a chance on soft plastic tires for Beachcomber, which iirc was also presented as a feature and not a potential issue. Finally something even more fittingly-ancient than pneumatic hoses: dust.

So... anyone want a cheap powerlinx red alert

Holy cats, I am GETTING that Blaster set.

I can see points for improvement (I've never gotten the hang of the many wing hinges), but what it manages to pull off is quite good, and at Voyager class. That and Blitzwing were both pretty good TR Voyagers; Octane a bit better because both modes work really well (I don't like the hanging...

Well, that good deal got snapped up by someone else, so this ha been rendered moot.

As opposed to Dork Energon, which is the chokon power that runs through me.

That chair had so much gum stuck under it that it turned into a whole new kind of chair.

I wouldn't put it past either.

Ehh, I enjoy both. I love being able to pick both kinds of things up now with little time in between and enjoy each. Of course I can see others kind of drifting away from it, which is fine too. It's what I meant about generational shifting; it's not so much that we outgrow the enjoyment of the...

To be fair, Todd DID focus on Batman overwhelmingly in the early going. And the more I look it up, the more that's never seemed to really go away. We've gotten Ragman and Gangbuster and Shining Knight and Ambush Bug and Frankenstein and Godspeed and Jack Knight and Justice League Freakin Task...

Happily, I never saw THAT complaint on here, but then that sort of thing is WHY I'm here.

Does it help if the omission was because felt Heatwave carried it more his own mold and less a retool of Bulkhead?

This is basically my take on it. It's just not a very good representation of either Animated or Prime Bulkhead, and not just because of the aesthetics (which are no small hurdle either). That period of feeling out how to tackle non-G1 in Legacy didn't do many favors for the handful of Prime...

That might BE Liege Maximo.

I suppose with such a limited run it might've made more waves if there were a problem. (I an reasonably certain SOME people bought this set, lol.) Maybe it helps that in all the pics I see of them, the cassettes seem to not have metal flake plastic? I'm just not sure.

I think I got that Spoiler. Never could find that Batwoman, and I think I let the Batman Reborn Dickbats pass me by a couple of times. But those were the years I was kind of just adding to the Mattel stuff by rote. I've since gotten caught in a bind for space and clearing out, and it did hurt to...

Has Linkin Park Soundwave or his cassettes ever been reported to suffer from GPS? Did anyone here bother getting those, and so can share their experiences handling them?

They did put two of them in a pack previously. And then sold them individually. It could happen in both directions, I suppose. And maybe using the SS86 mold counts as "after you already got people to buy them", which they technically did with those and Thrust from the Earthrise molds.
