I'm in that boat, yeah. They definitely didn't do themselves any favors with that dragging memory reassembly. I think I did catch a string of episodes around the "vehicle armor" Allspark stuff and that was okay. And then I deliberately started a later chunk of episodes cold just to get right...

I'm kind of nonplussed that they tooled a new head that basically looks the same but with an iffily-executed expression. Like, give him Bret Hart or star-shaped shades, or something to parallel Sir Soundwave's bandana, or something.

This would be lovely. Getting a new copy of Mindwipe would just reset the clock on breakage (we just need an entirely new design, or a willingness to not use soft plastic for what seem to be big enough bits to avoid snapping), but I haven't heard of this batch's Weirdwolf having the same hinge...

I mean, THAT might actually work (and they did just roll the dice on another Chris and he wasn't terrible), but there's no shortage of typecast "goofy smartass" dudes in that tier to work with. The metallic effect on those lights is really nice.

Brunt in clear purple would be a pretty lateral move from Brunt in regular purple. He could get the blue and Slammer could get the purple, but that doesn't solve the "the Decepticons didn't get the Decepticon mold" situation.

There's a universe somewhere where 3P kits with injection-molded plastic exist specifically to replace the arms on all the Cyber Changers. Just the arms, identical paint, but with elbows. And scattered posts in the fandom keep wishing they'd make more upgrade kits to fill little gaps in mainline...

Happy birthday! The Blokees drivers are made of maddeningly tiny parts. I put one together, put it in Rodimus' driver's seat, and never opened that hatch again.

Still wishing Cybertread had a slightly lighter or greener blue, but both are looking better against a white backdrop. The white line detailing works out better on Cybertronic. The execution on Cybertread gives him shoulders that look like Super Mario blocks, and an altmode that looks like an...

Fair, fair! Was trying to keep to in-universe ones (and I genuinely don't know if someone's canonized Cybertronic Spree by now, but they should). Had a fun time coming up with logos based on real-world band ones. (I'm realizing now that, of all things, I forgot JEM... gonna have to fix that.)...

WHAAAAAAT IIIII'VE DOOOOONE

Finally, a Wheel jack that's been rendered 'armless.

I mean, if you're gonna do it, do it right.

Was there a Collaborative Wacky Races leak at one point or was I dreaming

Thinking of a Cold Slither set with a Soundblaster, Earthspark Frenzy based on Earthspark (maybe a removable hairpiece), Enemy, and Stage-Dive. Or Enemy, Howlback, and Garboil, but I liked the idea of having three humanoid partners who could then also come with miniature instruments. OH, or a...

"This is going to be outrageous!" "I know! Wait, where's Michael B. Jordan?"

Powerglide is neat. His weird Hanna Barbera five o clock shadow aside, the head design surprised me with the added little engineering trick to change things up for the movie mask to clip on. The pin was clever, more so than I was (I thought you used it to turn the face plates around). The...

It is 2018. The next live-action Transformers movie may be a soft reboot. Or a reboot. Or a sequel. Maybe all of those. Perhaps. It is 2023. The next live-action Transformers movie may be a soft reboot. Or a reboot. Or a sequel. Maybe all of those. Perhaps. It is 2026. The next live-action...

Synergenex! Wait, that's taken.

When I saw what looked like joints/rivers on the guitar, I thought the Animated beast partner was where they were going with it. And why not, just add to the menagerie. But this was also a solid route to take.

So anyway, I too thought the keytar and guitar were two different accessories. That's pretty clever that one turns into the other!
