I mean, if one really wanted to lean into the "the Thirteenth is Optimus", there's also the Movie Advanced one. But if one wanted to steer clear of that or leave some plausible deniability, can't go wrong with any of these. The Fusion Cluster one is gorgeous. (Part of me wants to track down...

On the one hand, I like how much new stuff is in this, down to new names and so on. Is this where they formally begin the split between "represents existing media portrayals" and "fresh/remixed ideas" between the Studio Series/other line? If so, it's probably no surprise that Scorponok isn't a...

I was thinking it might be nice to use movie Protoform Op (or the clear blue one) for that role too, now that another mold is taking up the Prima role. Kind of works with the Covenant art style at that. But this is a nice looking design too. Either would work.

I may be swayed to get this if the limbs are cool redecos or something, but if it's just a gift set of them as is, that's just an even bigger paywall and my interest in the Op drops even further. Which my wallet is probably breathing a sigh of relief over. In any case this is already too pricey...

I only have Nemesis so this wouldn't be taking up any Optimus room, but despite its charm I don't think I like the mold enough to get this. But maybe they'll pack it in with a cool limb in a cool deco, which is why I'm still stuck trying to resell the black Megatron redeco.

This makes me feel a bit better about how I've been living my life. This reminds me that there's nothing to feel that much better about, because this is too true. It really is. And I need to reckon with that at some point. This is good advice. It's nice to have a semiregular (but it does have...

Mainly the holiday Op and maybe the card for the Grimlock. But shipping would tip the scales drastically 😅

Just saw the price for the Advent Calendar here and it's (checks) about $80, yeah. I keep forgetting what the exchange rate is now, but seeing it confirmed is as sobering as it gets. I may have to pass, as there's just too much going on to drop that much on this (and with so little room to try...

We did get the Autobot clones in a Galactic Odyssey 2-pack. Amazon exclusive but i count it.

I love how these look, but I was also content with the Hasbro ones. Of course, that could just as easily evaporate once i see more of these or see them in person -- there are many cases of me being fine with an existing release and then loving the New Hat or just the new colors. Usually with...

It's a pretty good glow-up from Jumpstarting. In any case, it's a bunch of little things. You might say a lot of rotations and turns. The entire bottom half swiveling around to become the back half, the torso also having a turn so the cockpits are on the back, the way the arms fold up and tuck...

Nice to see an interaction that seems to be what the internet is made for. (Doomscrolls)

Ordinarily I'd split it with you, but Bluebolt is kinda interesting.

Basically... In the grand scheme of "how can we get that dumb dumb lastmaximal to bite on this:

Don't distract me, I still have to find 1.5 kidneys...

I figure that'll happen at some point. They have to have seen the demand. Idk if it'll be before or after they go after the KOs (thst was really fast), but it's money that shouldn't be left on the table. Less likely to sell but curious is the possibility of dead/damaged Wheeljack and...

You might say, 40 years later, it still hits like a truck

Still talking myself into that Delta Magnus. Maybe if I sell the SG Magnus I'll only need to lose 1.5 kidneys...

To be fair, we don't know Megatron wasn't hoping for EXACTLY that.

A two-pack, looks like. Hope I can afford this.
