Uh, Hasbro may not own the distribution rights to the cartoon, but they can still make toys based on it, and have made several in the years since. Hasbro's even used footage from the cartoon in both of Sky-Byte's Hall of Fame entries (video footage in 2012, and screencaps in 2023).
