I was prepared to not care about any of this but Prime's transformation is ingenious.

+1 just for the title. Starscream is every bird transformer ever, and doesn't interest me in the slightest. That Prime though. For something so bonkers, that is a remarkably slick transformation.

This is not the behavior I expect of a Fortune 500 company.
