Yeah, it cheats but I think the basic idea would work. If they could figure out a way to hide the front half of Hot Rod, they should be able to do the same with the back half, even if it would technically result in too long of a nose for Winnebago mode.
MP Rodimus shows it's possible to have the var mode and the Winnebago mode look good. The problem with Kingdom is that the standalone vehicle mode plugs into the RV unchanged. I mean, the spoiler already has to flip around, may as well move some more bits around to fit Rodimus better into the...
That explanation works for Razorclaw and Rampage since their hind legs actively transform between modes but Razorclaw's hind legs are actually proportionately chunkier than his quadruped teammates and Tantrum and Headstrong's hind legs are as spindly as Rampage's despite just chilling off the...
If cars, trucks and planes can get their proportions mostly right (Minibots excluded), all I ask is for the robot animals to have mostly right proportions. I hate how the POTP set's beast modes have generally thick, powerful forelegs and then toothpicks for hindlegs.
DNA's kit for the Fallen has released and it looks like it doesn't help with the stability of the tank mode. Might just buy the chainsword and call it a day then.
I don't dislike it. It's a bit much but more or less fits in with the Millennium era designs.
I'll always be sore that they never made a Heisei Gigan though. I guess the Trendmasters fully organic one will have to do.
Saw promo pics for Hiya Toys Kaizer Ghidorah. I like Final Wars and all but that really is an awful design. I kind of like how each head has different horns/head ornaments but I just can't get over the dirty gold color and how he looks like one of those two-person horse costumes.
Yeah I like this bee. Uncelshaded the windows and did the odd flat gray headlights while I was at it. Original colors imply that the headlamps are made of the same material as Bumblebee’s face
