    Legacy Line Wish List

That big guy in the middle, in the back - he's got some red, and some blue windows on his chest? I think they may have done that one already, once or twice.

You're right - I didn't realize why it seemed so familiar until you said something. I love Calvin and Hobbes.

Transformers Collaborative | Hot Wheels x Transformers

I had the Constructicons as a kid, and played with them a lot. Replaced half of them with yellow G2 versions in college to try to make Devastator more stable, but it didn't really help. Bonecrusher will fall off his shoulder peg unless I prop him just right, and the tab to hold Scrapper in place...

Man. Lessons like that are almost as bad as having to eat broccoli to set a good example for the kids.

@ Haywire - love the base/city setup. Commandtrons and a Space Hawk? Those were cool to see. I had a Space Hawk but a kid my mom was baby-sitting broke it. Don't know if I've ever quite forgiven them for that...

    LEGO Optimus Prime

Put a little more time in last night and this afternoon . . . At least this way, once I get more of the torso done, he'll have a leg (or two) to stand on.

Ms Marvel on D+ June 8

I figured the convention was a local fan thing, not a corporate thing, hence the mix of somewhat fancy props and school-carnival booths. Just watched the next episode. Dancing through the living room was fun (not a big enough thing to put a spoiler tag on, really) and when they got to the end...

    LEGO Optimus Prime

It's crazy. And a little on the impulsive/ADHD side, but that isn't a new thing. Skipping around like this broke up some of the monotony - I don't usually build sets with 404 steps. I wanted to build the head first, and had the parts left over for arms and hands, so I put those together, too. I...

    LEGO Optimus Prime

Still building it out of order. Feet are done, working my way up the legs - bag 4 for the first leg was fine. For some reason, there were two bags for bag 5 . . . had me seriously worried that I was missing a bunch of parts until I started digging through the box again. Didn't see that come up...

Mine didn't take too long to get here. Felt like waiting for Christmas, but realistically, it was fine. Loved opening it up. The instructions smell like a comic shop - I know that's a crazy thing to get excited about, but I figure this is the kind of place where people can relate to the...

Ms Marvel on D+ June 8

Watched it this afternoon - I really liked it. Iman Vellani reminds me of some of my students, especially in the extra little featurette. Loved the moving graffiti, and there's a fun nod to Hawkeye, too.
