For me, the win is definitely in the individual bot-modes, but they're never not going to be combined so it certainly isn't worth a double dip. I would've been far more tempted by a G2 box set.

I could definitely go for a G1-with-knees (G1WK?) subline. Optimus is an easy start since he was already one of the most articulated. But Soundwave with knees that bend the right way, Seekers with knees and elbows? Heck yeah! It does make it sadder that we'll never get gun Megs again though.

I always said TFP had some of the best characters to date, in some of the most boring situations. With the exception of Prime himself, nearly everyone was fantastic in that show.
