And that's just it; everyone's situation is different. Maybe online is the only option for some, and if so, I don't blame anyone for using it. But I feel like, as a general rule, it should be one option to complement brick and mortar, not a replacement.

There was a time when they didn't die cut their labels; I feel like I remember when they first introduced the pre-cut labels, that customers had the option to pay extra to get them cut on select sets. Once they made pre-cut labels standard, I think they had to consolidate their upgrade options...
