Can't find the general Stege Thread, so I'm posting this here. Local store has a preorder for a reissue of the War for Cybertron Siege Greenlight and Dazzlestrike set with an ETA of June.

The normal Stunticons were in Legacy, not Legacy Evolution. From the front page:

Toys - Hasbro: G2 Stunticons "Still on the To-Do List"
The recent news that Takara Tomy would be releasing a full box set of the Transformers: Legacy/Legacy: Evolution Stunticons in their glorious semi-unreleased Generation 2 color schemes was met with mixed reaction. Those who don't have the toys were excited, as these things look great! And...www.allspark.com
I'm not sure where better to put this, since we don't know what line they'd be a part of when they come out.
FWIW, this is what I got when I looked it up and went with what it said. The normal Stunticons were in Legacy, not Legacy Evolution.
You do know we have a perfectly good wiki (better than most other fandoms have) with all the relevant info readily available, right?FWIW, this is what I got when I looked it up and went with what it said.
The boxset was a different release from the individuals, as it contained toy-colored redecos and came out one year after the five individual releases. The individual mass retail Stunticons were in Legacy, the toy-colored redeco giftset was in the following year's Legacy Evolution.Sure, but then I saw the box. In fact, I used the wiki to remember which G2s hadn't been released yet. But I didn't bother to look at what line the G1s were a part of, since I thought I'd already determined that. I didn't expect the box to be incorrect about what line it's a part of. XP
Anyway, I edited the post last night.
The Stunticons are a great example of why I group all 3 Legacy lines as just Legacy and don't bother distinguishing the sublines. The original versions of the Stunticons were mostly released in the first year, branded as just Legacy. Breakdown was released in Evolution, just like the boxset. Menasor was not entirely released within Legacy proper, and was only completed in Evolution. So IMO it's not worth making a distinction. The boxset was a different release from the individuals, as it contained toy-colored redecos and came out one year after the five individual releases. And to be honest? For all practical purposes, it was all "the same line" since the SKU didn't reset each year. The Stunticons are a great example of why I group all 3 Legacy lines as just Legacy and don't bother distinguishing the sublines. Yes, despite releasing during Evolution, he did have Legacy packaging. Depending on your luck, he might have either Legacy or Evolution instructions. (I got Evolution. 🫤) He was kinda all over the place.Wasn't Breakdown released in Legacy (not Evolution) packaging anyway? IIRC they do that with "repacks" now (instead of obvious packaging variants).
I mean, yeah, it is and it isn't.
In this economy? They're lucky we still collect at all.I wonder if anyone still does that or if it's just too much at this point.
For real! I either am super excited for a figure and pre-order it right away or get when I see it at Ross/Ollies.In this economy? They're lucky we still collect at all.
