Holocaust monument vandalised in anti-LGBTQ+, religious attack

Arsonists reportedly vandalised several Holocaust memorials in Berlin in an attack earlier this week, pollice have confirmed.

Police in Berlin said on Tuesday (15 August) that the monuments were attacked by unknown vandals who later attached quotes from the Old Testament, condemning homosexuality, to the vandalised areas.

The LGBTQ+ memorial, created in 2008 at the edge of Tiergarten Park, in Berlin, is dedicated to the systematic persecution of queer men and women from 1933 to 1945.

you know, we should really start persecuting these asshole christians as much as they claim they are. hell, we should persecute them *harder* than they think they're being persecuted. fining televangelists for spewing hate speech, sending the IRS after megachurches for scamming people, having "conversion therapists" imprisoned for sexually torturing and sometimes even raping countless underage victi- i'm sorry, "clients," and so on.

christian nationalists deserve to face some actual consequences for the hatred they spew and the countless lives they've ruined and/or killed. make them pay tenfold for the innocent blood they want to spill.

Look at how Christians are treated in some other countries, and you'll realize the complaints from the ones here are yet another example of First World Problems.

Granted, they want to remove hate crimes as a concept. Removing the designation from groups that comprise maybe 10% of the population is just step one. I wish the cis-het majority would realize that.
