TakaraTomy has announced their 2017 Transformers Festival. Scheduled for Saturday August 5 in Tokyo, few specifics have been revealed but the festival will display the latest toys and is described as a commemoration of the live action movies. The initial announcement can be seen (in Japanese) on the TakaraTomy website. Hopefully we’ll know more soon!

A Twitter update from TakaraTomy’s official TRANSFORMERS account has revealed the top five choices for its currently underway voting process to decide which Legends figure will receive a reissue in celebration of the series reaching its 50th release.
