Takara Tomy have put up preorders for TL-06 Laser Optimus Prime, the Leader Class remake of the Generation 2 classic in Transformers Legacy styling.
While he doesn’t come with “some kind of bucket” (someday, HasTak), he does come with sculpted-in shoulder missile batteries, a new trailer/combat base, a Laser Rod-faithful sword and even an energon axe! And, of course, that Matrix in the chest is much more than just a sticker or hinted-at internal sculpting now.
Takara’s TL-06 Laser Optimus Prime is slated for a September 2022 release.
