Murkowski won a concession in the Big, Beautiful Bill to protect tax credits for 12 months for wind and solar. But she said a recent presidential order and Interior directive undercut those plans.
She sold out... to the guy infamous for not paying his bills and destroying lives in the process? Is she so ******* stupid that she couldn't predict how this would go?
A conservative news site published an interview with a woman who alleges a 17-year affair with the Southlake representative, who said this week he wouldn’t seek reelection.
Not sure that groyper incel Kyle Langford's assertion that "the Nazis were cool and what the Germans did in WWII was awesome" is going to be a winning message in the California gubernatorial election.
The Nazi will have to win the Republican primary first. If he DOES, I don't see the Democrats losing the general election. Heck, him wining the primary would likely INCREASE the chances of California staying blue.
Apparently California has non-partisan primaries? Where the "primary" is just everyone who's running regardless of party and then the "general election" is whoever the top two were (hypothetically, even if they were both from the same party, I think)
What this does is turn the general election into a traditional runoff election. Ranked voting is sometimes called an "instant runoff" because it involves casting extra votes that ultimately get shuffled around to the totals of the top two candidates. But is arguably fairer because the losing candidates get whittled down one at a time and voters can't see who the top two are going to be when they cast those extra votes.
