you gotta remember that anything that primalxconvoy doesn't like is automatically objectively bad and is actually alienating many fans and not just him personally

Hm, would Tankor need to be a Commander? They'd probably never go for it, I'd accept a Leader class though.
This. Even if it is just updates of the Vehicon Generals, it is beyond time to give that series some much-needed love.
Tankor would be great at a Commander level, but I don't know that he would be enough of a draw at that pricepoint. I mean, I would love one and would scramble to be first in line (the same would be true for a Commander Beast Machines Megatron), but I think that Leader would be sufficient.
Tankor's not that complex. Maybe that'll let them divert some budget to mass.
Right, he's not that complex. However, what they save on complexity, they could allocate to mass, because he was a big, beefy boy. They could also add in things like a Diagnostic Drone accessory, spark extractor, etc. And for what it's worth, I always felt like he (along with Thrust and Jetstorm) needed their beast-specific sparks instead of the Vehicon ones.
Leader Tankor, Voyager Jetstorm, Deluxe Thrust. For the Commander slot, Megatron, using the TM2 Leader as a base, but with a stand with his helmet, cloak, and arms that he can connect into, maybe with a Diagnostic Drone thrown in.
Only accessory Tankor needs is detachable legs so we can stick him onto the included half-a-Rhinox
I'd buy them all. I need all the Vehicons.
Bonus points if the cloak/harness can transform into his MegaHead mode!

Yeah, he is long, long overdue IMO. I agree with TheMightyMollusk, and have had almost exactly the same thoughts about how he could be done. But even if they had to scale down BM2 Megs' dragon and robot modes to accommodate the helmet/cloak/harness, it would be worth it. I just think that it is high time for a version that really represents what he was in the show, at a scale that conveys how much of a force of nature (okay, machinery) he was.
Giving some BM guys some love isn't a bad idea but I see "better scaled BM" tossed out there I think "core class?"

And then a few Deluxes of offscreen characters. Hammerstrike, Battle Unicorn, Night Viper, Scavenger, Mirage.
And they should ALL have spark crystals.
