Yeah, there needs to be an official name for the act of trying to make a 3D object appear to be a 2D object that is trying to look like a 3D object.

Good news for us in Japan, as this isn't a bloomin' Buzzworthy USA exclusive, so this might be the first official "origin" figure released over here (in a year or so's time).
And also the numbers are different on the sides, but apart from that, it's literally the same...All I see that are too small are the green stripes. Otherwise, that's literally the deco he had in the cartoon.

In the cartoon at least, it's likely Wheeljack didn't get to choose his alt-mode, it was just assigned based on whatever Teletraan-1 had scanned.Tangentially, Wheejack's Cybertronian altmode never made sense to me in the context of everyone else's matching their Earth mode pretty well. ("Everyone else" being like four guys, admittedly.)
