Maybe "Synergy Blaster" to have it still be Blaster but with the crossover explaining his new colors.
Using the cassette characters from Kiss Players doesn't really surprise me (I mean they've made Autrooper, who, unlike the cassettes, was there for the infamous parts), but actually putting "KP" before their names is more direct acknowledgement of where they came from than I'd expect from Hasbro.
Wait, does he come with both instruments or just one? The guitar is visible in the package and in the boxart, but the picture on the side of the box shows the keytar. (And neither is identical to Animated Laserbeak or Ratbat.)

Synergy Blaster sounds like something a business-buzzword-themed supervillain would use.
That's such an obvious idea I can't believe they missed it.
Collaborative toys almost always have terrible names.

I'm trying my best not to want Jem Blaster. I have no particularly strong attachment to Jem. But it is making it very difficult.
Well I like Jem and the Kiss Players cassettes so I'm right screwed.

The KP branding is surprising. Hasbro gives no hugs anymore and it's beautiful.
I would have settled for an Optimus with the surfboard sword, but yeah. That too.
