It is one thing that she has really no idea what habeas corpus means. That's not unusual in the general public, though it is odd for a governor or congressman, and really strange for a Secretary of Homeland Security when the issue is being discussed daily. That's the upfront weirdness of it. That's weird ignorance and it is funny how confidently she just bluffs her way through it.

But what is maybe more troubling is that she thinks the United States Constitution gives Rights to the President. That's a fundamental misunderstanding of how all of this works.

I don't think she would be willing to tell a Senator in testimony with CSpan cameras on that something that can be googled means its opposite just to give the Administration a soundbyte.
