The AotP Sandstorm v. Sligslinger at the ross!

Was/am hoping for the Topspin/Spinister set.

And I do - mostly! I had some preorders through Pulse but their payment / credit card system sucks so bad that I switched what I wanted to BBTS. I've been using them for years, and have decided that I would rather pay for shipping (yes, it's that bad!) than to have to deal with Pulse for anything other than the odd HasLab.

I didn't see any of those at my local Ross yesterday, but I did find a ton of the Studio Series toys from the Devastation game. They had a ton of Optimus Primes for $12, and the two packs troop builders of the Ramjet and Runamuck repaints for $29.99. They also had a Sentinel prime from TF:One as well for $19.99. I picked up one of the troop builder sets, as I am a sucker for cheap seekers, and the swords look neat. I might add them to my late G1 shelf as troops for Overlord to lead.

The Ross closest to me, which is notoriously awful when it comes to their toy "department", had a single Dancing Bumblebee.

Finally found Animated Wrekgar at Ross yesterday. Picked him and SS86 Bumblebee up.

They also had MTMTE Bumblebee there too. First time that I saw that there, but I already picked him up loose at a Game Exchange last year.

I told myself I would pick up an Animated Wreck Gar if I he went on a decent-enough discount. Not sure what the price is, but if it is at Ross, then the price is (most likely) right, as Bob Barker would have said.

It was $17.99, and the Bumblebees were $11.99.
