Wotafa did a nice comparison review of SS86 Megatron (English subtitles available).

I'm seein' double here. Four Krustys!

The one thing I'd ask for is for this Megatron to maybe have bigger shoulders. It's partly seeing him next to the stockier WFCT mold and partly the width of that chest.

All the back cannon really needed is a part like the black thing in the middle of the earthrise cannon that transitions to the thinner diameter.. It looks much less like a random gun jammed in the tank’s barrel

Like a lot of SS 86 figures, it's better than my current Soundwave, but not THAT much better. Ravage is a mixed bag. 90% of him is a HUGE improvement over the existing recent molds, but the little hump on his butt with with the missiles is a bit of a letdown. Curious if that's built into him, or a removable piece?

I'm a little mixed on Soundwave. I know everyone loves to hate on Siege, but I always found that preferable to huge fields of smooth, untextured plastic. This one reminds me a bit too much of Music Label Soundwave for that reason. On the other hand, his alt mode looks more natural, and less like Siege Soundwave with a few tweaks to make him boxier.

I want to see Ravage without his tail and weapons. They don't look great on him, but the rest of him looks pretty decent. I'm not sure the birds are better than the previous ones, but at least he does come with both of them. I really appreciate that! It's nice that this will finish off the core group of Soundwave's cassettes in SS86.
