The coronation stuff should mostly work since it’s just a matter of 5mm ports and pegs in the right locations. The crown would be the most questionable part.

Anyway, maybe they'll do an exclusive accessory pack with the crown and cape, as well as post-coronation stuff like a packet of ash and two lower legs

"Bad Comedy" two-pack. Post-Coronation Starscream and Galvatron with a crushed crown to place under his heel. Starscream's legs are remolded to detach with 5mm pegs below the knees. Pile of ash not included.
Bruh, that was leaked back in April. In this very thread I believe.

I would've really liked to see novelizations for AoE and TLK. I really appreciated getting to see how DotM was originally intended to end. I preferred that original ending over what we ended up getting. I think I would've liked to get a fuller picture of what was intended for the last two.

Now I gotta find a place to look this up. TFWiki have it?

TLK in particular really bothered me. There was a lot of stuff that came out ahead of the movie about the approach they were taking to writing it that actually sounded promising. And there are nuggets within the film that show hints of what might have been a coherent movie. But I left the theater feeling like there were huge chunks of it that were just missing, either cut before filming or in the editing room.

Like an ending.

Problem was Megatron had threatened human life in the first movie, worked with the fallen to harvest the sun's energy which would have had the same result and now he planned to use human as slaves to rebuild Cyb.... okay, typing this I say screw it.

Honestly I thought DotM should have gone the opposite way. With seeing Megatron about to kill Optimus be the moment that makes Sentinel have regrets.
So Sentinel would kill Megatron, and then get a redemption-equals-death moment of some sort. (Maybe killed by Shockwave, who really should have done something actually important in the final battle instead of just being an elite mook.)

The thing is, Sentinel was the mastermind behind the enslavement plan and made it abundantly clear that he saw humans as an inferior race ripe for mass enslavement. That's a really hard thing to convincingly walk back from in the last few minutes of the movie, even if he was to die in the process.

Honestly the ending as it is works okay. Megatron already showed that he isn’t trustworthy when he betrayed Sentinel so Optimus has no reason to believe his truce would be any different. Maybe tweak the dialogue or something to clarify that rather than the last-minute Joker thing Megatron was going for.

Posted over in deals, but worth sharing here:
Ollies is getting Studio Series Core figures. I saw some 4 cases (plus remnants on pegs), all shelf dated for "May 1, 2022" (2023?). The one case I opened was Wave 6, but Wave 5 might be out there was well.
Both have RotB Arcee and Freezer, and either Ironhide (who I saw) or Rumble (which I did not).

Saw Overload for half price on clearance at Target. I have no interest at all in collecting RotF Devastator, but how is he on his own as just a big monster dude?

Truck mode isn’t great, robot mode is pretty good. His four arms aren’t super articulated or anything and his legs are on the stubby side but he can get into some decent poses. The figure moves more like a crab than a robot.

My Overload had a piece break off of him when Devastator fell off my shelf. I can probably fix it, but if I found a new Overload at a reduced price, I might think about just replacing it.
