Do you think we can trick them into doing an anniversary rerelease someday so it can bomb again?

So, I absolutely love Kill Bill. One of my top favorite movies ever. So I found out about the "Whole Bloody Affair" version being for sale digitally on Amazon last night and went ahead and got it.

Now...let me just say...the last time I watched Kill Bill, I had no idea who Harvey Weinstein was. He was just another name in the credits, nothing even worth committing to memory. But then I saw the name all big and bold in the credits this time and...wow! That was a splash of cold water in the face after watching a long time favorite movie I haven't seen in a while.

Like, okay, fair being fair, Tarantino isn't exactly the cleanest name in Hollywood either. But...wow!

Like...seriously...am I still allowed to like this movie? Cause...I really like this movie...but...now I'm kinda feeling bad about liking this movie.

Been listening to some old songs from about 20 years ago, mainly two groups: Steps & S-club 7, a lot of their music is still awesome today, I not listened to them in AGES despite having their albams and singles, they tend to have get up and dance feeling:

Later this week, I should have a few TFs arrive from In-demand toys as they taken payment for my pre-orders, then it could arrive as early as next Monday depending what day they dispatch the order and how fast the mail system is

Executive producers are just investors. They can visit the set but there's no actual job for them to do there. They put up the cash and everyone else does all the work.

Sometimes they don't even invest in a film directly. Sometimes they give a studios a funding deal for the next 10 years, or next X number of films. They don't know what all those films are going to be.

That's good to know. And really, maybe I was just over reacting. It was just weird, enjoying a movie that I haven't watched in a while and then...bam! That name shows up in the credits.

Which would be more expensive, relatively speaking: kaiju insurance in Godzillaverse Tokyo, or superhero insurance in Marvelverse New York?

Kaiju only rampage on occasion, superheroes are throwing Buicks at each other almost every day.

I wonder if insurance companies try to sneak in clauses about which heroes they'll cover. Oh, your house got demolished by the Avengers fighting Ultron? Sorry, your insurance only covers the Fantastic Four.

It's a good question. Hollywood sure does love CGI desolate wasteland backgrounds lately, so the gap is smaller than it used to be. I think Kaiju still take the cake for overall damage, though they do attack less frequently and the damage isn't all that localized. Tokyo is the victim far less than it gets memed for.

I dunno, most Kaiju knock down some buildings and maybe step on a few cars. It's not good but they're far from thorough. Capes regularly get involved in crap like experimental black hole generators, ancient gods, alien invasions and dudes who eat planets. Not even getting into some of them probably being more destructive when they do end up crashing out.

I was listening to the Unicron theme from the original TF86 movie and honestly, its a rather chilling tune to listen to, espeically with that openning scene, I always liked that theme, even if it does give off a chilling vibe

Yeah, kaiju attacks are generally seasonal, while superheroes are more year-round. Plus, you generally have at least some warning a kaiju is coming and can potentially evacuate, so while they would both likely be expensive, I would say the superhero insurance would be more expensive.

Kaiju vary. Some just stumble around and don't actually destroy all that much, but the Showa series had a few that were pretty thorough.
