I’m glad to see that there’s a significant amount of new paint detailing to partially replace the stickers. No QC issues as far as I can tell. The dark charcoal gray is beautiful, the purple has been replaced by plum/mauve that’s thankfully not nearly as pink as prerelease photos suggested. The big detail-less teal slide is a bit of an eyesore though but I think a bigass decepticon logo there might suffice for visual detail. Otherwise, a great release that’s begging for custom work, much like all Titans to be fair.

think I’ll add some gunmetal and red detailing with some metallic purple energon glow lines.

From what I can tell the only pinned teal parts are Trypticon’s palms so it should be relatively simple to swap the ramp parts. That said, i don’t think the colors would mesh very well given how the clear plastic on TR Trypticon is a much deeper hue that’s almost green which was already a mismatch with the darker teal parts on that release. With the borderline fluorescent teal on new Trypticon, it’d probably look more out of place.

That said I wouldn’t mind seeing the result.
