Now eventually you are going to have a Comic Book thread on this Comic Book forum, right?

Well, that's not exactly good news. But, I am glad that Udon's finding ways to actually get the books out. And I'm glad we got a new release date for the first of the Mega Man Timelines issues! I'm looking forward to checking out those specials.

It's just a shame about Diamond. I can't blame Udon for finding a different distributor given all the...everything going on with them. But, I am kind of rooting for Diamond to find a a way to pull themselves out of this. Having more distributors around is probably a overall good thing. It's good to have options. If Diamond can actually get it's act together.

Although, at this point, it might be easier to list all the companies who are still working with Diamond, rather than all the ones who have moved on.

Does anyone know what is happening with ReadComicOnline and their Discord page? I tried going to it a day ago and it is no longer on my Discord feed. I assumed that I got banned after a comic request I made. I created a new Discord account under another name and tried to accept the Discord invite on ReadComicOnline's page but I keep getting a message saying unable to accept invite. If you want to try it yourself be careful because ReadComicOnline is full of highly questionable porn ads.

The 90s Animated Spider-Man's cliffhanger is finally being resolved! Spider-Man WILL find Mary Jane! In Spider-Man '94!

I know some people were probably hoping this would be a full on animated series, but I'll take this. I've been hoping that Marvel would eventually get around to resolving this cliffhanger in one of their Spider-Verse events or one shots. This is one of the last unresolved cliffhangers from my childhood cartoons left. I'm glad it's finally getting resolved.

The Wild West COW Boys of Moo Mesa are getting a new comic!

Between this, that upcoming Street Sharks comic, and the Biker Mice From Mars comic, we're seeing a bit of a 90s cartoon resurgence!

Also, we now know that the upcoming Deadpool/Batman team up book's backups won't just include other creative teams taking on that same pairing. Instead we have Captain Amercia/Wonder Woman by Chip Zdarsky, Dareveil/Green Arrow by Kevin Smith, and Jeff the Land Shark/Krypto by Gurihiru.

That does seem like good news. I imagine it's going to take a little time for it to gain steam. I suppose the comic publishers may be in the middle of exclusive contracts with Amazon. But, hopefully, it gets given the time it needs to grow and it can eventually fulfill the role Comixology once filled. I can see people jumping onboard, it just depends on actually getting the publishers onboard all over again. Just don't sell it to a mega-corporation this time, okay?

In other news, do you remember that joke I made about how it might be easier to count the number of comic publishers that were still working with Diamond, rather than the ones who had left? Well...someone just did that!

Diamond still has around 150-ish publishers working through them. That's good! But, they're all the ones that you've probably never heard of. And that's bad! At least they still have Archie! (Although, Archie is also getting distributed by Lunar). But, this is a pretty good list, if you're wondering which comic publisher is with which Distribution company, because it's kind of hard to keep track. I imagine this list may become outdated almost immediately, but at least it's a good guide for the moment.

Again, I do hope Diamond is able to turn things around. But, it's not looking promising when even Zenescope abandons you.
