Well, I've set up my Switch 2, and I've gotten started on Legends Z-A. Haven't quite gotten past the third mission, but I'm close.
I'm so used to situations like Mass Effect and Portal where I'm the late comer and everyone else is telling me that I'm in for an adventure. It's weird being on the other side where someone else is just starting a game that I've already finished.

I've gotten through the tenth mission, and I've knocked out a few side missions. I think I'm going to take a break and train up some of the Pokémon that I have, try to fill up my PokéDex a bit, and catch a few odd Pokémon from the first six wild areas that I've missed so far.
I'm enjoying it overall, but having to move around during battles is a little taxing.

Also, they announced that the Hoenn Starter Megas are coming to the game. And you don't even need to buy the DLC to get them. But, they are Online Ranked Match rewards for the 3 seasons after Mega Baxcalibur. So, that's annoying. Really wish they'd let you keep your rank between seasons. But, it only takes 5 or 6 battles to get up to Rank S usually, anyway. So, it's really not the biggest deal...I guess.
As long as the Mega Stones are available through other means later on, I don't mind.
I don't care enough about the mega stones to pay for Nintendo Online. They'll come back some other way down the line. Maybe when time rolls around for the Kalos games to get a remake.
Such remakes won't come from Game Freak, maybe ICLA will do Pokemon Onyx Black and Opal White while Game Freak do Legends 3 and gen X.

Also I know figure the leak of the location of the next Legends game may be true given they've gone Gen 4, Gen 6 so next Gen 8 (?) also the Mega evolutions seemed to have skipped gen 8 Pokemon all but Falinks.

Before ZA, there was only one Mega from Unova. And it was Audino, of all things. For that matter, Kalos, the region that introduced Megas in the first place, only had Diancie.
We also don't have any Gigantamax from Johto, Hoenn, Sinnoh, Kalos, or Alola, and only one from Unova.

I think the DLC is the only game where I've had to use more than one or two items the entire game!
First we have to pump them up with candy, then pump them full of vitamins to make it work in hyper world. Oooooh the commentary!
Over in Scarlet and Violet, they're having another chance at the Walking Wake and Iron Leaves Tera Raid events. So, if you haven't caught those two yet, here's another chance! It'll run from December 19 to January 4, so just a head's up.

So like, I got stung by a wasp as a kid. And while I know Beedrill is supposed to be more of a bee than a wasp...uh...yeah, right!
But still, my first Pokemon game was Alpha Saphire and my first "False Swipe" pokemon was a Beedrill. I've used several Beedrill since then as my primary False Swiper when given the choice. So getting this little beaut tonight was quite awesome.

Has anyone found AZ's letter in the post game? it mentions he was there for the darkest day of Galar which is more hint of Legends 3.
I think we might see a timeline split to see how universes form, maybe what happens in ancient Galar precipitates what happens in Kalos.
