I made ramen!

Followed this recipe from Wegmans (supermarket up here in New York), with a couple of changes:
- I used regular chicken stock instead of the organic chicken bone broth (was cheaper)

- The chicken wasn't pre-prepared for stir fry (they didn't have any of that in-stock, only regular unseasoned chicken breast strips) so I had my mum cut it into chunks for me (I am terrible at cutting raw meat)

- They didn't have any of the Far East Stir-Fry frozen veggies, so I subbed it for a Hong Kong Stir-Fry frozen veggies (the Far East Stir-Fry would've come with broccoli florets, sugar snap peas, carrots, bok choy, and red peppers, the Hong Kong Stir-Fry I went for had broccoli florets, carrots, shiitake mushrooms, snow peas, and green peppers)

Here is it served in my Sailor Moon ramen bowl.

Everyone in my family liked it, except for my mum since she's vegetarian and couldn't eat it, obviously. Maybe next time we'll make vegetarian ramen so she can have it too.

Strawberry ramen: I'd try it. They've had some weird cup noodle flavors here, too. S'mores was meh but there was another one that was good. Waffles, maybe?

Vegetarian ramen: you could do a veggie ramen and cook the meat separately, so those who eat meat can just add it into their bowls.

I've been lazy about posting food here lately. I've been experimenting with bread cooked in a rice cooker. I've been playing with two diff recipes, will post once I figure out which I like better.

I recently had some time off. Made one of my staple recipes, sausage and peppers (in hot dog buns). The next day, the leftovers got mixed in with fresh made pasta!
Finally got a chance to play with the pasta attachments I got for my stand mixer. Followed the included recipe for egg noodles, it was dry so I added a tad more water. The dough was still pretty dry, but on the plus side I didn't have to flour it to keep it from sticking in the rollers. It was messy but fun to play with. The noodles were filling and chewy.
