I'm still playing with the proportions. I don't think the official foal proportions are leggy enough, but I'm not satisfied by my attempts to come up with something different.

I like how its the same pose as the one from the 22nd... just he's wider and taller in that one... its characterfull that he has this way he lays down
Yeah, I'm trying similar poses to make sure I'm actually changing the proportions instead of just scaling everything down. I don't know how to draw. I'm still just winging this.

On this Drawversary I hoped I would be able to announce that my troubles are over, but they're not. But I am really close now. I'm too superstitious to say there's no chance of failure at this point, but there is no realistic chance of failure. I'm going to sleep well tonight.
