Yeah, I am going to open Hook/Long Haul today to inspect them for damage. If I don't see any, the reality is that I probably won't reach out to them. I've done the customer service angle a couple of times through them for similar issues, and it's been like pulling teeth.
Yeah but like, some of it is pretty cool, and does a good job of housing TFs if/when they're not on display somewhere. I get it though: I'm working through a collection inventory / purge (haven't done one in about a decade), and I'm parting ways with a lot of packaging I don't want anymore.

Well, that sucks. I just got SS86 Commander Hook/Long Haul from them yesterday, and the shipping box and package were beaten to hell and back. Didn't have time to check the contents, but this has been a semi-regular occurrence for me with Pulse shipping.

It's a nice little sticker of Slizardo, but it probably isn't worth the $90 you'll pay for the set (hyperbole, but still).
Edit: Eh, it's on sale and 11-ish bucks isn't too bad, if there are other stickers in the set you would use.
I just think they maybe should've waited and created an all-new mold to begin with, if the plan was to turn around a couple of years later and do "brand new". And I get the whole "they're a company/tring to make money/ upscaling CHUG was easy money" stance. It's just that I'm honestly at 100%...
