Only by shrinking it. The Playmates Tigerzord is tiny, and apparently this was done because retailer hangups about the Dragonzord centred on how big it was. There's also this, which seems to give us a sneak peek at what the Playmates MMRP collector stuff will look like.

It's baffling to me that the most iconic robot mech of the most popular Power Ranger of all time was totally unappealing to retailers.

Ok, Maximum Thor. Quality is good. It's basically the optimized Marvel Legends hand feel. Plastic quality and construction is very much still a Marvel Legends, just the "best" version of that quality spectrum. The wired cloth cape is great, but again, Hasbro shouldn't be locking wired cloth...
