The series itself gives a decent “gist” of the concepts introduced in the second season.
I will whole heartedly recommend Mandolorian Season 1 and 2. I would even go so far as to say that the ending of season 2 was SO PERFECT that I almost wish they weren’t continuing the series.

Age of Extinction always came across to me as a…mean?…movie. From the opening where Ratchet is killed, the entire film had this overriding sense of being a “negative” film. There was no hope, no fun to be found. And what they did with the Dinobots LEGITIMATELY made me physically angry. And...
I still feel it’s more a matter of- lower cost pixel art+simple(r) gameplay mechanics+nostalgia= big return on modest investment. Again, I just get the feeling Hasbro farmed out a “low cost Joe game” and these were the parties willing to play ball.
It sure feels like I’ve seen The Butcher more often than I should. I finally trudged through and got to Tier 3 (Nightmare) and did my first Nightmare Dungeon.
The new “features” I could handle (I had gotten some Sacred gear by this point), but as I was clearing out some Elites…HE called out...
To be honest, I had never heard of the Arcade game until well into the 2000s. I never really had a “good arcade” when I was young in 92, and pretty much the extent of arcade coverage from magazines was all about Street Fighter 2 and Mortal Kombat.
In fairness, the game isn’t set for release until 2024, in regards to some complaints.
That said, this isn’t really “hyping me up” like it should have. Not just from the presentation, but from the fact I’ve NEVER viewed GI Joe as a franchise terribly well suited to the “belt beater” style of...
From all the discarded material, from all the early reports, I don't feel like THAT film would be any better. Maybe even noticeably worse.
The general vibe I got was that the original iteration was more "Bay-like", with the Maximals even more minimized (or cast in a more antagonistic light)...
IIRC, the barcode version was shipped to newsstands/standard retail stores, where the barcode was used for sales. The art version likely came from direct market sources, be it a subscription or comic shop.
Hasbro’s Mark Maher posted some BTS of Antagony on his Instagram. Beyond a test shot of a “comic color head”, are details of his attempts to incorporate some Transmetal representation. Further, he detailed efforts to make the Scavenger head “cross compatible” with either Antagony OR Inferno...
Entertainment Earth has him up for preorder, not sure if they ship to Canada

Still a "HE TELL ME" rumor at this point, but Entertainment Earth has a Drop Zone listing for September 12 that seems to offer some subtle hints pointing to a reissue of Fortress Maximus (References to "head", being an "encore of a classic" and being on a Tuesday).
Given the type of line and collecting community Transformers has evolved to…I’m actually surprised we haven’t seen some sort of “Generations Archive” line. Even if that was relegated to “Fan Channels”.
Dust off a “wave’s worth” of older releases, change the packaging, and spread them out over...
