That was my thought, too. For all of the sins of the Bay-era movies (and they were many), they did occasionally stumble across an interesting idea. Devestator being not a specific combination of Constructicons, but rather a thing that could be assembled from any number of different components...
Ok, had some more time to take a look at the Robolinks now, and I absolutely love them. I was vaguely aware of the Lego-esque basic bots before, having run into them occasionally at toy shops or whatnot, but I had no idea of the full scope of the line. Seeing how the base bots and the extra...
That's one of the things that I loved about the Power Core Combiners Constructicons. It felt like a great "B-Team Devestator" with some different alt modes.
But yes, I would love to have a group of, say, a dozen Constructicons who can swap in and out of Devestator to confer different...

Really, Hasbro just needs to throw caution to the wind and make a dedicated...
That is a fantastic collection of Road Bots! Those have a great style to them. Almost remind me of older 60's toy robots like Zeroids in their general body plans.
Not a huge fooseball fan, but da Bears would be my local-ish team, so that would be my preferred one to get. Wonder if these will be reasonably priced, or if the NFL license fees will make these expensive?
Like, reasonably priced enough that someone would buy one just to get a tiny football and...
Nune at TFW2005 has uncovered stock images of four upcoming figures from the NFL X Transformers collaboration. Each figure converts from a licensed team helmet to a 5.5" robot with a 5mm compatible football accessory and a removable helmet of it's own.
So far revealed are:
Kansas City Chiefs...
