Are we even sure it's him drawing it? :) Wasn't that one of the controversies, that he was having a lot of the stuff he put his name on drawn by someone else in his style?
Yeah, this sounds like a better package than the original release. Hopefully it isn't a PITA to get.
Little bummed about missing out on the matrix blast effect, but I'm find with not having the others.
I think what's most likely, if there's any real kernal of truth to this, is that there's some small collection of toys and ephemera from Hasbro's history and with Hasbro moving HQ, they have to budget moving all that crap as well and it's just as easy for word to come down to scrap it.

It sounds like it's two 44 minute specials, so only 4 episodes tops. I'm guessing the last 8 episodes never made it to production, so they just split Season 2 into two seasons, and these specials are built out of whatever scripts and storyboards they had for the remaining 8 episodes, but only...

Thank you for this conversation, by the way. It got me off my ass to play around with some software I haven't really touched in awhile, if ever, and I learned a thing or too. Anyway, here's the clip, the clip with the music removed, and the clip with the music removed and noise reduction added...
So I was curious about this and even after manipulating the speed and trying noise reduction, it still sounds like slag. I think you can even just barely hear the the start of the S sound before the electrical noise hits.
Did anyone in England actually complain or was Hasbro just trying avoid a situation where someone might complain?
Could easily be a situation where british people just roll their eyes at it, knowing full well the difference between the noun and slur.
Like, there's a whole host of words that...
I love the robot mode, aside from the loose arm flaps that I wish folded away or something. She just gives the impression of this huge hulking, almost ape-like in proportions, monster.
