I don't know. I wouldn't say "What Does God Need With a Starship" is BETTER than the 70's style rehash of "Changeling". TMP is the least memeable TOS movie, though.
They just updated with a new content patch and the first time-limited event. Managed to get myself out to one of the fireworks platforms. Can't get off of it without teleporting home, though, lol.
As was mentioned in the Arlo post, a replacement has already been cast. Not sure if the guy doing the voice in Wonder is there on a permanent basis or not, though. Maybe Martinet is having a hard time doing the Mario voice consistently due to aging vocal cords or some private health concern...
We don't know if Netflix would have moved into streaming the way it did if it HAD been bought out by blockbuster. They could have squashed Netflix's experimental streaming thing before it was even a thing. (The buyout offer was proposed back in 2000)
Putin is slipping.... Was expecting Prigozhin to fall out a window or get sick and die after drinking some tea, not get blown out of the sky by an "erroneously targeted" surface to air missile.
I'd imagine convenience, probably, depending on when they immigrated, where they originally settled and what Christian sects they were most familiar with.
While he included æ in his kids name, that's not the letter he's actually obsessed with. He's just an idiot who failed upward due to his parents and dumb luck. The only thing he's ever been consistent with is being a pompous a-hole.
So sacrificing usability because he subjectively thinks it looks better. Musk being Musk..... He apparently did the same thing at Telsa, which is one of the reasons his cars do so much through the screen instead of physical controls.....
Even WITH programmable microcontrollers, you need a grasp on the fundamentals. Drawing to much power can damage the microcontroller, and over-current can easily fry LEDs and other components. You also have to understand the limitations of the microcontroller you are using. They aren't magic...
You are right that we don't fully understand consciousness, but there are a great many things we don't understand, that doesn't mean consciousness doesn't manifest as an emergent property of complex interacting systems.
If you iterate Z₂ = Z₁ + C on a complex plane and filter out the results...
SEVERAL biological processes do seem to have a quantum component to them, but given the tiny scale of cell parts, that just goes with the territory. It doesn't mean that consciousness itself is a quantum property. Heck the flash memory used in SSD's and SD cards relies on quantum effects to...
Lol, yea, I noticed that earlier today. Went to see how much it would cost, though IF i expand my farming and grow high-yield crops while doing some intense hunting in Bahari Bay....
Good luck getting 3/4ths of the state legislatures to agree on such an amendment, heck, good luck on getting 2/3ds of congress/state legislatures to even bring it up for vote. Congress can't just up the age due to the 26th amendment. The country is in bad shape, but it's not THAT far gone, at...
Funny thing is, in certain areas, AI is better than a Human at VERY specific tasks. Training biases are MUCH harder to screen out on complex problems, though, so all AI should be looked at with a skeptical lens.
