  1. Transformers: Age of the Primes toyline discussion ll Update: 2026 Product revealed - Combaticons, Beast Wars and more Primes

Oh, so this doesn't fold down at all? I guess that's one way to minimize the stress on it.
  2. Transformers: Age of the Primes toyline discussion ll Update: 2026 Product revealed - Combaticons, Beast Wars and more Primes

How did they do the Superion antennae this time? My Abominus one is holding up fine but my Scattershot version is all floppy and sticky.
  3. The Loyal Subjects to relaunch MASK, and other Legacy Hasbro Brands

I'd be shocked if the units moved were that high, but if it's true, that's great news for the line and possible continuations.
  4. Post Pictures of your Transformers: Turkey Time!

I realized I didn't make a good argument about Sky Byte, let me try this... Sharks writing haiku. A silly notion, quite right? The Shark jumps himself.
  5. Post Pictures of your Transformers: Turkey Time!

New Conspiracy Theory: The Fonz wasn't involved, Sky Byte jumped HIMSELF... Much like this joke. Ah, well, I tried.
  6. Post Pictures of your Transformers: Turkey Time!

I once heard the semi-realistic military vs. crazy sci-fi aesthetics of GI Joe and Cobra respectively called "government contractor equipment bidding vs. private party vanity project" and it's sort of creeped me out a bit ever since...
  7. He-Man, and also the Masters of the Universe

Is that an alternate head, or is the jaw actually articulated? That looks amazing.
  8. Post Pictures of your Transformers: Turkey Time!

There's some sort of theme here, but I can't place it...OH! I see it now...'fashionable trousers snakes'.
  9. Transformers: Age of the Primes toyline discussion ll Update: 2026 Product revealed - Combaticons, Beast Wars and more Primes

Oh, good. The tailfins from my TFSS jets (Fractyl, Windsheer, SG Starscream) all had the exact same problem, so I was really iffy on the new Superion if it would be a repeat. If my nephew starts being interested in them I will see what I can find for him. Edit: that reminds me, the nosecones...
  10. Transformers: Age of the Primes toyline discussion ll Update: 2026 Product revealed - Combaticons, Beast Wars and more Primes

I meant more the type of plastic on the fins, if it was the stiffer or more flexible kind. I've noticed the worst problems with when the soft stuff is near painted parts. I'm considering getting a Superion set for my nephew for later on, but I was hoping to avoid the trouble the POTP...
  11. Transformers: Age of the Primes toyline discussion ll Update: 2026 Product revealed - Combaticons, Beast Wars and more Primes

Question on the new Airielbots, are their wings or tail fins the flexible plastic like Combiner Wars, or the hard stuff? Some of my old CW and POTP jets fins are dissolving the plastic, I was wondering if Version 2 might have the same issue.
  12. Transformers: Age of the Primes toyline discussion ll Update: 2026 Product revealed - Combaticons, Beast Wars and more Primes

So many lines, reissues, and recolors have made things so blurred it's hard to guess, honestly. I'm reminded of when Classics/Generations and Reveal the Shield overlapped in such a confusing manner even TfWiki openly griped about where to put things in G1 or Live Movie headings.
  13. Dramatic Capture Series

The actual truth is, many of the original Transformers were so sick of the war that they just kitbashed a lot of Insecticon corpses, spray painted themselves black, or even made life size decoys of themselves entirely out of coal dust, in an attempt to quietly escape the carnage, sneaking away...
  14. Dramatic Capture Series

Thundercracker and Skywarp faked their deaths and returned to Earth where, with the help of Elvis, got jobs as roadies helping him tour around the US posing as an impersonator of himself, as described in his autobiographical work "Bubba Ho Tep". After his injury they went their separate ways...
  15. The Loyal Subjects to relaunch MASK, and other Legacy Hasbro Brands

The Slingshot was one of my favorites, ultimate shellformer simplicity but it worked perfectly. Matt Tracker got the jet when my Thunderhawk broke apart. I also liked the Piranha, super simple but great for a kid. Though I did find that, for a 'submarine', its stickers didn't hit handle the...
  16. Toys What do you mean jets can't have trailers? Full Reveal of Macross Crossover Basara Prime

Poor jet...it did so many stunts in its early career it wound up in a wheelchair for the anniversary cast reunion show... Definitely one of the strangest crossovers I've ever seen, and could be equal parts Rodimus/Optimus if they wanted to G1-Character it. I see the intent, but the...
  17. The Loyal Subjects to relaunch MASK, and other Legacy Hasbro Brands

Does anyone know if the figures for the new MASK line are close to the same scale as the originals? I was thinking I could put the spare mask on my original maskless carless Matt and make a copilot.
  18. Transformers: Cyberworld, Literally GOAT'd

I wonder if that's actually for a reason? It's not common, but it wouldn't be the first time Swerve/Gears/Optimus were retooled from each other. Edit: Just saw better pictures of 'car shark' Sky Byte. Good grief, that's terrible. It's either a homage of those 'animal' Hot Wheels, or it's one...
  19. Post Pictures of your Transformers: Turkey Time!

Probably for the best if there aren't...I have the feeling that if the CyberNet Space Cube showed up, everyone would think it was the Borg and panic or something... Thing is, back in the Vector Prime days, that's probably canon in SOME continuity...
  20. Post Pictures of your Transformers: Turkey Time!

"Star Truck, the Next Generation" -or is that Generation 2? Are there Space Cubes involved?
