Pretty much all of them could be done better, especially with those molds being designed to be as versatile as possible. Like I could understand Hot Spot and Onsluaght being remolds of each other, but not in the way they did it. Their g1 toys transform basically the same way, that a heavy remold...
I wonder if G2 Grimlock will be the standard Blue? Eitherway I'll probably pass since I got the Toxitron one, I don't need another G2 Grimlock from that mold.
Friend got me Mohawk and Concept Rumble today as a gift. Mohawk is pretty fun and awesome, but Rumble is really one of the worst figures I've come across. Design-wise just fails completely. There's nothing about this figure that I like.
Even having the Unite Warrior version of Bruticus, I feel like Bruticus could be improved; plus maybe get us a Vadigus/Ruination that won't cost and arm and a leg.
Yeah, last time I had this mindset was with SG Prime and Ratchet. I didn't want to get just a one-off set. Now that they're doing a whole line of it, trying to get them is more annoying as they got for titan prices nowadays on second hand market.
Yeah, a new Galvatron confuses me unless its just like a premium painted version of the Kingdom mold. I'm not sure how much they can improve on that. But a new Megatron to go along with the Commander Optimus for the 40th makes sense, especially if he's more screen accurate.
Got to Read TF #5 and CC#2 today. TF#5 does indeed give a lot of good action and character moments, its going to be interesting to see where this arc concludes. CC#2 feels like a much quicker read, we get a bit of stuff from Buzzer and Ripper being the backwoods Hillbillies that Horror Movies...
It helps in the aftermath, but it doesn't help before the movie releases. Back when GOTG was announced, people thought it was going to be Marvel's first big flop; the team with the furry and talking tree? How are they going to make that good? You get similar kinds of discourse. And this was...
I still don't feel like such a thing existed for Shang-Chi, which still ended up being on of the best recent movies; or Echo who again ended up being on of the best recent TV Series. The two major missteps from Marvel (in new properties, not sequels) seems to be the Inhumans, who even in comics...
So has Green Lantern over in DC; but you know what people think of most with him nowadays? The Ryan Reynolds Movie. Doesn't matter that he's been in other cartoons, had his own really good animated series; had several good animated moives. All that matters is that movie, and is why we've barely...
Reading reviews of fellow geeks who opinions I put good stock in, becuase they try to be fair minded; say that Madam Webb is a good movie with a bad execution. Some like it better then they liked the Marvels. Some even actually do talk about how they enjoyed Dakota's preformance in the movie. I...
Doesn't matter the qualities of the movies they got. they're still lesser known properties that almost no one would know about, that still got a chance to shine and became popular. Almost nobody remembers the Ironman TV show except that the first season was trash. So he has about the same level...
tbf to Sony, they didn't choose El Muerto; they wanted to do a movie with Bad Bunny or whatever his name is; and that was the character he said he wanted to do.
Plus, using your same logic: Marvel should have never made Guardians of the Galaxy or Shang-Chi, or hell probably even Iron Man...
It was always more then just glasses, and its something that happens IRL as well. The best example is that while filming Superman; people would mob him if he went out dressed as Superman, but if he went out dressed as Clark Kent no one would recognize him. There's a comic page where Luthor get...
