Reading the box thread, and was reminded of how when I first heard of Beast Machines, I thought "We had Beast Wars, and we had Machine Wars, I guess now they're combining the two?" Which, I guess, kinda? But not really. But that was me not really understanding what Machine Wars was at the time.

Mine is attached to Legacy G1 Optimus, and backed up in between the center and side ramp of Fortress Maximus. It's a good fit! And it's like he's unloading a shipment there, too.

Perhaps not, but I did just buy Studio Series '86 Perceptor as my second/probably last Transformers toy purchase for the year (after AotP Heatwave) in no small part because of Ramhorn and Ratbat, and Steeljaw was my favorite from last year.

Finally got my Studio Series '86 Perceptor 3-pack today! Sadly, probably my last TF toys of the year, unless fortune smiles upon me. Liking Ramhorn and Ratbat, but unlike Steeljaw, their weapons don't seem to have a way of attaching in cassette mode to kludge together a makeshift alt mode...

Hate to say it, but the one on the left makes the one on the right look like a knock-off.
